Order Up!

       Have you ever wanted to run a classic burger joint? Well you’re in luck! Order Up is a retro inspired block matching puzzle game where you match toppings to keep your restaurant clean while building burgers to keep your customers happy and to rake in those tasty points!

 How to Play 

        The general goal of the game is to match identical toppings together and make as many burgers as you can. To make burgers, you must keep a bottom bun in play and match it with a top bun. This can be done with as many different toppings in between the top and bottom buns as desired while still keeping the burger stack under the restaurant top. The more toppings between the top and bottom bun, the more points you will get for it! 
But don't let the toppings stack to high or it just may be a game over for you and your restaurant!

Filling Orders

While matching toppings and making burgers you may have customers appear requesting a specific burger topping combination. Filling these orders will double the points you get from making that burger, but be careful. In Classic mode these are optional and can be made at your leisure , but in Order Up mode these must be made as they appear.

Control

To run your restaurant use the Dpad to move your cursor left and right, and the A button to swap the corresponding food stacks. 

Difficulty

The longer your restaurant is open and running, the faster toppings will appear. After making enough matches new toppings will start appearing, and customer orders will get more complicated.

  Game Modes  

Classic

Your traditional last as long as you can mode. In this mode you can freely build as many burgers as you want without the pressure of having to match customer orders as they appear. The restaurant isn't very busy and customers will come more infrequently. No pressure, just matching as many toppings and making as many burgers as you can.

Order Up

Every customer order matters in this high stakes mode. The restaurant is very busy and customer orders will come back to back. Match the customer orders as they appear, make three incorrect burgers and it’s game over!

Teardown

It's closing time but the restaurants still a mess! No making burgers in this round based clean up mode, just clearing your restaurant of all toppings. When clear, you will advance a round and a new dirty restaurant will be generated. Every round gets more difficult by either increasing the amount of toppings you start with, or by adding a new topping into the mix.
